2010 Jonathan Larson Grant Winners Michael Kooman and Christopher Dimond celebrated the release of their new album Out of Our Heads: The Music of Kooman and Dimond yesterday, July 18th with a one night only concert at Birdland, produced by MNA Entertainment Inc. The concert featured Patina Miller (Sister Act), Julia Murney (Wicked, Lennon), Anderson Davis (Les Miserables), Matt Doyle (War Horse, Spring Awakening), Jeremy Jordan (Rock of Ages, West Side Story), Kyle Dean Massey (Next To Normal, Wicked), Phoebe Strole (Spring Awakening), Laura Osnes (Anything Goes, South Pacific, Grease), Zak Resnick (Lucky Guy), Jose Llana (Wonderland, Spelling Bee, Rent), Allison Case (Hair, Mamma Mia!) and more. The Theatre World Awards for Outstanding Broadway or Off-Broadway Debut performances during the 2010-2011 theatrical season were presented by former Theatre World Award winners, including:Tammy Blanchard (Gypsy, 2003), Gabriel Byrne (A Moon for the Misbegotten, 2000), Zoe Caldwell (Slapstick Tragedy, 1966), Billy Crudup (Arcadia, 1995), Blythe Danner (The Miser, 1969), Edie Falco (Side Man, 1998), Tovah Feldshuh (Yentl, 1976), Jonathan Groff (Spring Awakening, 2007), RoseMary Harris (The Climate of Eden, 1953), and Andrea McArdle (Annie, 1977). THE ADDAMS FAMILY welcomed five new principal cast members beginning Tuesday, March 8 at the Lunt Fontanne Theatre (205 West 46th Street) when Heidi Blickenstaff ([title of show]) assumed the role of Alice Beineke, Adam Grupper (Brighton Beach Memoirs) the role of Mal Beineke, Brad Oscar (Tony-nominated for The Producers) as Fester, Rachel Potter (Wicked nat'l. tour) as Wednesday Addams and Jesse Swenson (Spring Awakening) as Lucas Beineke. Original cast members Nathan Lane, Kevin Chamberlin, Terrence Mann, Carolee Carmello, Krysta Rodriguez and Wesley Taylor will give their final performances on Sunday, March 6.

An outcry against tyranny, Prometheus Bound illustrates one man's struggle against the brute force of a ruthless dictator. Written by Tony and Grammy Award-winning playwright and lyricist Steven Sater (Spring Awakening) with music composed by Grammy Award-winning System of a Down lead singer Serj Tankian, this new musical is inspired by Aeschylus's Ancient Greek tragedy about the heroic struggle of Western civilization's first prisoner of conscience. A.R.T. Artistic Director Diane Paulus stages this world premiere production in OBERON, immersing the audience in an environment that has the Dionysian energy and rebelliousness of a rock concert.

The second national tour of Tony award-winning musical SPRING AWAKENING has just kicked off, and photos from the production are posted below! Broadway stars and Rock stars joined the audience to dance the night away when Rockers on Broadway returned to BB Kings Blues Club last night, November 8th. Directed by Donnie Kehr, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY-Dance Party featured some of the hottest dance tunes from Elvis to GaGa, performed by Broadway stars and the Rock stars who made them famous. The concert benefits Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Dreams Foundation, Broadway in South Africa, and The Bendheim Performing Arts Center Scholarship Fund.

Tony Award-winning actress Bebe Neuwirth delighted students as their special surprise guest during the Broadway Artists Alliance 2010 Summer Intensive (Session One). Ms. Neuwirth (currently starring in The Addams Family) lent her talents for a surprise Q&A with the students of Broadway Artists Alliance, ages 10-21. The Q&A was led by the hilarious Seth Rudetsky.

COSTA MESA, CA-As part of the celebration for the Orange County stop of the 1st National Tour of SPRING AWAKENING, cast members have been promoting the two-week run of the show with various promotional appearances, including an in-store performance by Taylor Trensch and Steffi D. at Bloomingdale's - South Coast Plaza for a gathering of fans and press on Thursday, November 19. Later, after the Friday, November 20 performance, cast members Matt Shingledecker, Anthony Lee Medina, Steffi D., Krystina Alabado and Kayla Foster met with a few lucky members of the 'Guilty Ones' as part of an exclusive meet-and-greet for earning the highest points within the Orange County chapter. Among the excited fans in the cast encounter was Peter Armado, the winner of Spring Awakening's Fan Halloween Costume contest. One of five semi-finalists, Armado, from nearby San Diego, was voted on as the winner by the cast. Performances of SPRING AWAKENING continue at the Orange County Performing Arts Center through Sunday, November 29.
