Grammy-nominated band Panic! At The Disco was joined on stage by famed singer Cyndi Lauper at NYCB Live in Uniondale, NY on Friday night. Together, they performed a rendition of her iconic hit 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun'. Frontman Brendon Urie previously met Cyndi during their time together on the critically acclaimed, TONY Award-winning Broadway hit Kinky Boots. Urie starred as Charlie Price, while Cyndi provided music and lyrics for the musical.

Learned, Nichols Star in Alhambra Theatre's DRIVING MISS DAISY, 2/2

Winning a Pulitzer Prize in 1988 and the Oscar for Best Picture in 1989, "Driving Miss Daisy" is opening at the Alhambra Theatre on February 5. Appropriate for a play of such esteem, the Alhambra has brought in not one, as has been its custom of late, but two stars to carry the show: four-time Emmy Award Winner, Michael Learned will star as Daisy Werthan and Lance Nichols, star of the HBO series TREME, as her chauffeur, Hoke Coleburn. This will be the fourth time Learned and Nichols will star together in "Driving Miss Daisy." Rounding out the three-person cast is Michael Edward Hodge, a New York actor who plays Daisy's son, Boolie Werthan.

Just last night the Benefit Concert Reading of ASSASSINS took place at Studio 54, on the same Broadway stage that Assassins thrilled audiences in 2004. The evening featured musical direction by Paul Gemignani and reunited the stars of the 2004 Tony Award winning production, including: Becky Ann Baker (Sara Jane Moore), James Barbour (Leon Czolgosz), Mario Cantone (Samuel Byck), Michael Cerveris (John Wilkes Booth), Alexander Gemignani (John Hinckley), Neil Patrick Harris (Balladeer/Lee Harvey Oswald), Marc Kudisch (Proprietor), Jeffrey Kuhn (Giuseppe Zangara) and Denis O'Hare (Charles Guiteau). The role of Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme originally played by Mary Catherine Garrison, was played by Annaleigh Ashford.

Joining the party were alumni from NTI and its Moscow Art Theater Semester and Theatermakers programs, as well as alumni from the O'Neill's renowned summer Conferences: National Playwrights Conference, National Music Theater Conference, National Puppetry Conference, Cabaret & Performance Conference and National Critics Institute.

On Saturday, August 29, the company of the 1989 Broadway revival of GYPSY got together for a 20-year reunion at Sardi's on West 44th Street. The production -- starring Tony Award-winner Tyne Daly, Jonathan Hadary and Christa Moore -- received Tony and Drama Desk awards for best revival, running from October 1989 through June 1991.
