Broadway fans had plenty of reasons to celebrate this year, with dozens of shows having opened since January, hundreds of actors having made their debuts, and many more having returned to the stage for critically acclaimed performances. Not all news was good though, as we also suffered a loss of an incredible amount of talent. Below, BroadwayWorld sends a fond farewell to those who passed away in 2014.

Kitty Warren has worked hard to provide a good life for her daughter. But when Vivie finds out the truth about her mother's profession, sparks fly. The Antaeus Company, L.A.'s multiple award-winning classical theater company, presents Mrs. Warren's Profession, the superbly intelligent-and still shocking- powerhouse of a play by George Bernard Shaw that was banned for eight years on the English stage. Robin Larsen directs the double-cast production now through April 21, 2013. BroadwayWorld has a first look at both casts onstage below!

BOO-Arts Productions is pleased to announce their production of George Bernard Shaw's MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION, directed by Kathleen O'Neill. MRS. WARREN'S PROFESSION will play a three-week limited engagement at Manhattan Theatre Source (177 MacDougal Street, New York, NY 10011). Performances begin Wednesday, April 1st and continue through Saturday, April 18th. Opening Night is Thursday, April 2nd (7 p.m.).
