STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines and hosted by Norm Lewis, brought the best of Broadway to Shubert Alley this morning, featuring numbers from nearly 25 shows, which were accompanied by a live 12-piece orchestra. BroadwayWorld was on the scene to capture the alley-shaking performances, including Sierra Boggess and Jeremy Hays performing 'All I Ask of You' and Lewis singing 'Music of the Night'. STAGE TUBE: Luminario Ballet of Los Angeles Presents TRAILS

TRAILS will be a ballet and aerial ballet using projected images from NASA starting outside the earth, from the International Space Station, with views of Earth from space. Then it will diagram our planet in drought, on fire, with torrential rains, then Flooding, and... shaking with earthquakes! The terror we all remember, with a reference to the insanity that is fracking- (no way in CA!). Then Traffic and our lives being affected daily by the packed freeways, the dirt and exhaust, and road rage that builds up from it.... going smoothly into the refuge we love the best in LA, the ocean....underwater, to then discover the wreckage from Fukushima's earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear reactor meltdown, lurking there and slowly coming toward us. STAGE TUBE: Behind-the-Scenes with Bass-Baritone Luca Pisaroni in THE ENCHANTED ISLAND

The Baroque pastiche The Enchanted Island, a hit when it premiered at the Met in 2011, returns for its first revival on February 26. New cast members Susan Graham (Sycorax) and Andriana Chuchman (Miranda) join many of the principal singers who appeared in the work's world premiere: David Daniels as Prospero, Plácido Domingo as Neptune, Danielle de Niese as Ariel, Anthony Roth Costanzo as Ferdinand, and Luca Pisaroni as Caliban. The four mismatched Athenian lovers will be sung by Elizabeth DeShong, who sang Hermia in the world premiere, joined by new cast members Janai Brugger (Helena), Andrew Stenson (Demetrius), and Nicholas Pallesen (Lysander) completing the quartet of Athenian lovers.
