Opera Saratoga's Artistic and General Director Lawrence Edelson announced that the company's 2018 Summer Festival will feature new productions of four operas at The Spa Little Theatre in Spa State Park, along with a wide variety of free and ticketed concert events from May 26 through July 15 at venues throughout the region.

Tudo E Jazz - Um Tributo Musical a Kander & Ebb (And the World Goes 'Round - the Songs of Kander & Ebb) debuts at Sao Paulo stage. The show, which brings together renowned names in the cast, is a tribute to the great musicals of the duo John Kander & Fred Ebb, successful Broadway composers, responsible for creating Chicago, Cabaret, Kiss of the Spider Woman, and the great musical hit 'New York, New York', immortalized in the voices of Liza Minelli and Frank Sinatra.

Set to Shostakovich's galvanic score, Alexei Ratmansky's crowd-pleasing Concerto DSCH, an “endlessly suspenseful construction [with] passages of breathtaking dance brilliance” (New York Times) dazzles the eyes and ears with its playful, propulsive energy and glimpses of storytelling. In Kent Stowell's primal Carmina Burana, a grand-scale synthesis of dance, chorus, and orchestra, the famous cantata's poems materialize as the entire Company unites song and score for a jubilant communal experience under Carmina scenic designer Ming Cho Lee's colossal golden wheel. The program also includes a musical prelude to shine the spotlight on the world famous PNB Orchestra, currently celebrating its 25th Anniversary.  CARMINA BURANA runs for seven performances only, May 29 through June 7 at Seattle Center's Marion Oliver McCaw Hall. È così difficile che molte persone sono disposte a lavorare gratis, ed è proprio per rispondere a questa tendenza che si sono diffusi manifesti come 'coglioneno' o 'Se lavori gratis crei danni enormi'. È triste che oggi funzioni cosi.
