Projectorfest, a showcase of 16 ambitious multimedia-driven solo comedy shows, will take over the stage at Caveat June 27-30. Comedians will bring their stories to life with projected animations, PowerPoints, videos, interactive graphics, live camera feeds, and more.

Featuring festive favourites from the musical theatre cannon, traditional carols, and more, the concert will be hosted by Tom Read Wilson and Dolly Diamond, with musical direction by George Francis and BSL translation by Paul Whittaker alongside a host of West End stars. 

The show, based on Dean Grossi’s real life experience, is an hour-long dramedy about Izzy, a “not deaf enough” millennial, who is navigating adulthood and a chaotic love life, all while learning to embrace her disability in 2007 Los Angeles.

Trinity Rep announces that Michelle Cruz will join the leadership team as the Director of Community Engagement beginning in July after a national search with over 70 applicants. Cruz comes to Trinity Rep with extensive experience working with non-profits, the arts, and the community in and around Rhode Island. The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for establishing long-term partnerships between the theater and community stakeholders, and will play a critical role in the theater's artistic, educational, and community-centered initiatives.

From the lobby of its home at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company announced its 45th Anniversary Season last night. Producing Artistic Director Paige Price and Managing Director Emily Zeck announced PTC's slate for 2019-2020, their second producing season at the helm of the theatre. Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Samuel Hodges, today announces the full cast for the company's inaugural production at NST City the world premi re of Howard Brenton's The Shadow Factory, which Hodges directs. Veteran of stage and screen Anita Dobson joins the cast as Lady Cooper/Ma (Wicked, Apollo Victoria Theatre; The Merry Wives of Windsor, RSC; Frozen, National Theatre) along with Shala Nyx who plays Polly. The 5th Avenue Theatre is the first producing theater company in the Pacific Northwest to be granted the rights to create its own refreshed version of the show, which toured the world for nearly 20 years.

Dumped, depressed, and bored with his dead-end job, Londoner John Mallory decides to shake up his life. He accepts his journalist brother's offer to help him on a documentary film investigating a pastor in rural Tennessee who claims he can walk on water. Locals are convinced it's the Lord's work. John and his brother, Steve, have their doubts, and hope the film will answer the question: Is it a true miracleor a giant hoax?
