The Blue Fairy appears that night and brings Pinocchio to life, telling him that if he learns to be honest, brave and unselfish, he will become a real boy. And then a fantastic, musical adventure begins, with a marionette show, a sly fox, and boys turning into donkeys. Join Pinocchio as he tries to get out of trouble and learn what it takes to be a real boy.

Regional Premiere of TUCK EVERLASTING Among Hale Centre's 2018 Season

Hale Centre Theatre, Utah's professional family theater, officially unveiled its 2018 entertainment season that will mark the first full year in the new 130,000 square-foot Mountain America Performing Arts Centre in Sandy City. The 2018 season, sponsored by Mountain America, will feature eight productions on the season ticket and two special engagement productions. They will run non-stop on the theater's proscenium thrust, Jewel Box Stage, and the larger, one-of-a-kind Centre Stage, built by international stage design company Tait Stage Technology. (more...)

A soaring, tuneful score (music by Charles Strouse, lyrics by Stephen Schwartz) illuminates this sweeping saga (book by Joseph Stein) of dreams and disillusions, love lost and inspiration found, and the heart and soul of the American character. It was declared "A winner, warm and witty. You are tempted to rise cheering," by The Mercury News. Rags will be directed by TheatreWorks Founding Artistic Director Robert Kelley, who notes "this production could not be timelier.
