Several creative collaborators join Intimations Dance for the brewery takeover: local dance company Paradise Lost; independent choreographers Michael Figueroa, Sarah Mae Gibbons, and Wisty Andres; a cohort of live musicians from Berklee College of Music; and VJs and local DJ Univer-AL. Directed by the Royal Court's International Associate Richard Twyman and set in Palestine, the play is inspired by recent events in Gaza and gives new insight to the impact of war on childhood. The Royal Court has been working in Palestine since 1998, the first workshop was held at the Paradise hotel in Bethlehem and led by playwright Stephen Jeffreys, director Phyllida Lloyd and Royal Court International Director Elyse Dodgson. Fireworks has been developed with The Royal Court International Department over the last two years, and marks the first full production by an emerging Palestinian playwright which has been developed and staged by the company. Steve Pantazis of Oceanside, California will be honored at the 31st annual L. Ron Hubbard Achievement awards being held in April 2015 in Los Angeles. The event will celebrate the annual winners in the L. Ron Hubbard Writers and Illustrators of the Future Contests, where Steve was the 4th quarter, second place winner for this year, making it further than some several thousand others, and where his winning story, "Switch," will also be published in the bestselling Science Fiction anthology series - L.
