The producers of BILLY ELLIOT on Broadway announced today that Daniel Jenkins, Katherine McGrath and William Youmans will join the cast of the 10-time Tony Award winning Billy Elliot the Musical in the roles of ‘Dad,' ‘Grandma,' and ‘George,' respectively. Current ‘Dad,' Tony winner Gregory Jbara, ‘Grandma,' Tony nominee Carole Shelley and ‘George,' Joel Hatch will play their final performance Sunday, September 4, 2011 at 7:30pm. Jenkins', McGrath, and Youmans' first performance is scheduled for Tuesday, September 6 at 7:00pm. (more...)

Tony Award winner Norbert Leo Butz will star as Carl Hanratty and Aaron Tveit will star as Frank Abagnale, Jr. alongside Tony Nominee Tom Wopat as Frank Abagnale, Sr. and Tony Nominee Kerry Butler as Brenda Strong. CATCH ME IF YOU CAN will open on Broadway on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at The Neil Simon Theatre, 250 W. 52nd Street. This new musical, created by a team of Tony winners, features a book by Terrence McNally, music by Marc Shaiman, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman, choreography by Jerry Mitchell and is directed by Jack O'Brien. For her show at Feinstein's she'll be singing selections from 'Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust' her debut CD of Disney classics and rarities, along with songs from shows she's done throughout the years. The show, which is directed by Scott Wittman with Musical Direction by Michael Kosarin, runs at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street). (more...)
