As rumored since she took over briefly while Andrea Martin was on vacation, the producers of the Tony Award winning PIPPIN recently confirmed that four-time Tony Award nominee Tovah Feldshuh (Irena's Vow, Golda's Balcony) will assume the role of 'Berthe' in the production beginning tonight, September 24th. Two-time Tony Award winner Andrea Martin played her final performance in the role on Sunday, September 22nd. Feldshuh previously played 'Berthe' during Martin's vacation. The producers of the Tony Award winning new Broadway production of PIPPIN have announced that four-time Tony Award nominee Tovah Feldshuh (Irena's Vow, Golda's Balcony) will play the role of 'Berthe' on Friday, August 9 through Sunday, August 11 and Tuesday, August 20 through Sunday, August 25 while two-time Tony Award winner Andrea Martin is on vacation.
