Following the success of the fifth FURY Factory festival of ensemble theater, foolsFURY is proud to announce the world premiere of Faulted, a play written by Angela Santillo and directed by Evren Odcikin. Faulted is an ode to California in all its mysterious, tectonic, plate-shifting contradictions. Epic and romance, vegan and carnivore, West side and Central Valley combine under the sign of the next 'Big One,' just looming under the horizon. Plácido Domingo has announced that LA Opera will inaugurate a new biannual series of free live video broadcasts sponsored by Los Angeles County Supervisor Zev Yaroslavsky. The inaugural presentation, Verdi's La Traviata, will be broadcast live in high-definition from the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion to the big screen at the Santa Monica Pier onWednesday, September 17 at 7:30pm. ?A Noise Within (ANW), the acclaimed classical repertory theatre company, inaugurates its 2014-2015 REVOLUTIONary season with The Tempest by William Shakespeare. Directed by Timothy Douglas in his ANW debut, the show opens on Saturday, September 13 and runs through Saturday, November 22, 2014. This will be the third production of The Tempest for A Noise Within, which also mounted the play in 1993 and 2006; going against the grain in true revolutionary form, Prospero will be cast with a woman in the role, ANW favorite Deborah Strang. Featuring three seasonal concerts with the 250 men of the chorus, Journey includes the festive seasonal show Home For the Holidays at the Nourse Theater on December 12 and 13, 2014; a fearless performance of new commissioned works in Love is... at Davies Symphony Hall on April 1 and 2, 2015; and a celebration of the fabulous music of Sir Elton John in Hello, Yellow Brick Road at Nourse Theatre, June 24 - 26, 2015. Beginning with the annual kick-off preview event, Crescendo at the Four Seasons Hotel on Sunday, September 28, the new season will also commemorate the 25th anniversary performance of Home for the Holidays at the Castro Theatre with three performances on December 24, 2014. Telemundo to Host Social Media Summit

Telemundo announced its first-ever social media influencer summit, dubbed #YoSoyelInfluencer, as part of the highly-anticipated reality series, “Yo Soy El Arista' (“I am the Artist”), premiering Sunday, September 14 at 8 pm/7c.
