Jamaican dancehall artist Teejay releases new single 'Dip' featuring Tommy Lee Sparta. The 9-track EP, co-executive produced by diamond-selling musical legend Shaggy along with Sharon Burke and Steve Carless, is available now for pre-order. Teejay's redefining what dancehall music looks like in mainstream spaces.

Teejay, one of Jamaica's most versatile and talked-about dancehall artists, unites with Nigerian Grammy-nominated superstar Davido for an official remix of his explosive dance-inspired anthem “Drift.”  The Panda-produced remix arrives with a music video shot in Lagos, Nigeria and is from the Montego Bay native's anticipated debut I Am Chippy.

I fell in love with Jersey Boys when I discovered the cast recording back in 2006. That recording turned me into a fan of the group The Four Seasons which I honestly didn't know before this. Granted I knew some of the songs, but I found it fascinating that also 'my elders' didn't really know the group either. Later I learned that they never toured outside the United states. That could be a reason why the band went under the radar. I saw the musical twice in London and once in Las Vegas although my jetlag almost killed that experience. I had to drink four Red Bulls to stay awake. Luckily I did not need any Red Bull during the Norwegian premiere of this show. The show itself was energy booster enough for me.

San Francisco Ballet today announced the appointment of Tamara Rojo, its first new artistic director in nearly four decades and first woman to lead the internationally-recognized company that has balanced an innovative focus on new and contemporary choreography with a deeply held dedication to classical ballet for nine decades.

Manhattan contemporary ballet company Neville Dance Theatre will celebrate sixteen years of performing and producing dance in New York City, with a return to the stage in a special production comprised of the World Premiere of 'Beethoven Suite' and a revival of repertory work 'Children's Corner', entitled 'Beethoven and Ballet'.
