PRIDE AND PREJUDICE Returns to Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Starring Felicity Montagu; UK Tour to Follow

Following sell-out performances in 2013, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre's acclaimed production of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, adapted for the stage by Simon Reade, returns this year to close the 2016 Summer Season ahead of a major UK Tour in September. Opening at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley, the tour will then visit Norwich, Cambridge, Salford, Leicester, Woking, Truro, Birmingham and Richmond, with further dates in 2017. There will be a press night at the Churchill Theatre, Bromley on Thursday 22 September at 7.30pm. (more...)

Dreamcatcher's Summer Theatre Conservatory Names Director

Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre, professional Theatre in Residence at the Oakes Center in Summit, will hold its Summer Theatre Program: Dreamcatcher Junior for students aged 10 to 17 from July 11 through July 29, 2016.  Dreamcatcher's Summer Theatre Conservatory is a three-week theatre experience. Guided by professional actor and director Jessica O'Hara-Baker, students build skills and study with theatre artists in a variety of subjects while creating and performing their own play. The program will be held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm (with a special performance July 29 at 7:00 pm) at Dreamcatcher's home at the Oakes Center, 120 Morris Avenue in Summit. BWW Recap: GAME OF THRONES Reveals Shocking Truths in 'The Door'

This weeks episode of GAME OF THRONES entitled 'The Door,' revealed a lot of information and answers to some of the biggest questions of the series, as well answered some questions that don't necessarily need answering. In a show riddled with plot holes, some of which were highlighted this episode, their ability to carry out reveals and give us answers isn't always up to task. If your biggest concern watching GAME OF THRONES was finding out the origin of Hodor's name, then this was the episode for you! If the importance of finding out the origin of the White Walkers, the biggest threat that endangers the lives of all of our characters, is highest on the scale for you, you'll get answer, but the attention and care given to revealing said answer may disappoint you. It's all apparent just looking at the recaps and reactions. The most used phrase from an episode in which we learn where the White Walkers came from, another direwolf dies, a mythic race goes extinct, and the Starks make a battle plan, is 'Hold the door!'
