Stephen Lang, award winning playwright, stage and screen star, is bringing back his acclaimed stage production of Beyond Glory and will take it on the road this fall. The show will make a stop at the Marcus Center's Uihlein Hall for ONE NIGHT ONLY on Monday, November 11 at 7:30 pm. This special event will take place on Veterans Day and is part of the Marcus Center's mission as a designated War Memorial to 'Honor the Dead by Serving the Living.' A portion of ticket revenue will go to support the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative. Tickets go on sale this Sunday, September 29. (more...)

The Flea Theater has announced Stephen Lang's Beyond Glory. Lang brings the stories of eight Medal of Honor recipients to the stage in this exciting one-man show adapted from Larry Smith's bestselling book, Beyond Glory. As a tribute to fallen soldiers, Lang has performed the show on military bases and on the floor of Congress as well as on Broadway. In the fall of 2013 filming began on a documentary Beyond Glory: Tour of Duty, following Lang as he toured the show throughout the Heartland and to the front lines in Afghanistan and the Middle East. Now he brings the show and the film crew to The Flea, in order to document the play in its entirety. (more...)
