WICKED, the smash hit musical that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, flies into its 12th year at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre today (Wednesday 27 September 2017).

Today, hit musical WICKED announced its full cast for the UK & Ireland Tour in 2018, and BroadwayWorld UK was at the launch in Bristol to catch all the action!

WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is delighted to announce that Amy Ross (Elphaba), Helen Woolf (Glinda), Steven Pinder (The Wizard and Doctor Dillamond), Kim Ismay (Madame Morrible), Emily Shaw (Nessarose), Iddon Jones (Boq) and Nikki Bentley (Standby for Elphaba) will join the previously announced Aaron Sidwell (Fiyero) to lead the cast of the forthcoming return engagement of the spectacular, critically acclaimed and multi record-breaking UK & Ireland Tour in 2018.

This weekend's West End LIVE 2017 saw hundreds of thousands flock to Trafalgar Square, a testament to the enduring appeal and resilience of theatre. Now in its 13th year, the event has grown to become one of Europe's largest free performing arts festivals. Louise and David McCarter attended the performance and enjoyed a back stage visit with the cast after the performance.

WICKED, the West End musical phenomenon that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is pleased to announce the opening of its 23rd new booking period at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre, with tickets now on sale until Saturday 26 May 2018.

WICKED returns for four weeks only from Tuesday 6 February to Saturday 3 March 2018. Tickets go on general sale on Wednesday 1 February.

Thanks to donations from Wicked fans from across the UK, over £8,500 has been raised in 2016 for the Woodland Trust to create new woods as part of the production's annual WICKED DAY charitable fundraising activities.

The Wicked tour welcomes Tony Award-nominee and Drama Desk Award-winner Isabel Keating as Madame Morrible, Fred Applegate as The Wizard and Andy Mientus ('Smash') as Boq, beginning tonight, November 22nd, at Wharton Center in East Lansing.
