Music superstar Cher has announced plans for a tour following her 2010 engagement of 'Cher the Colosseum.' The singer will release an album later this year featuring the single 'Already Been There' and will be seen later this year in the film 'Burlesque' with Christina Aguilera and Julianne Hough. The tour will be the first since her 'Farewell Tour.'

Written by Mamma Mia! composers Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson with Evita and Lion King lyricist Tim Rice, the 1984 cult musical of Cold War competition in love and chess is being given its first major Washington area production. Chess is being performed in the fabulous intimacy of the 276-seat MAX Theatre.

Emma Barton, currently starring in the show on tour as ‘Roxie Hart', will continue to play the role opposite Marti Pellow.
