zColo, Zayo's colocation business, acquired the 82,000 sq. ft. facility in August of 2013, At time of purchase, the site had approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of developed data center space. Recent network growth demands of two major internet/content delivery customers prompted a $12 million infrastructure investment to develop the facility. zColo will add 20,000 sq. ft. of datacenter floor space and 2 Megawatts of utility capacity in a fully redundant N+1 environment, resulting in approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of total datacenter space and 4 Megawatts of utility power.
