PASSION opened on Broadway in 1994, and received its London revival in 2010 at the Donmar Warehouse as part of Stephen Sondheim's 80th birthday celebrations.



Stephen Sondheim's PASSION revolves around a handsome Italian solider, Giorgio, separated from his beautiful mistress, who is shattered and ultimately changed by the unconditional and obsessive love of Fosca, his Colonel's chronically ill and plain cousin. Her unrelenting passions force him to re-evaluate his beliefs about love and attraction between two human beings.

There are Broadway musicals that are frothy and flimsy and there are those that are thrillers and haunt you long after you leave the theater. One of the most memorable with that kind of staying power is Jekyll & Hyde the classic tale based upon the novel by Robert Louis Stevenson. Jekyll & Hyde opened on Broadway in 1997, with 1543 performances over four years and was nominated for four Tony Awards. Red Warrior Nation will launch its R.E.D. Warrior program internationally on November 7, 2014 prior to Project Fit's two-day fitness, health & wellbeing convention being held on 8-9th of November 2014 at Northumbria University in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Red Warrior Nation will be hosting a White Warrior Workshop, Red Warrior Certification as well as R.E.D. Warrior Experience classes over the course of three days. Red Warrior Nation will be adding additionally cities in the United Kingdom as well as other European countries to this tour. 'I am honored to have been asked by Project Mayhem to have R.E.D. Warrior featured as the headline for the Project FIT convention,' said Jani Roberts the founder of Red Warrior Nation. 'The goal of Project FIT is to ensure that there is a huge variety of quality fitness programs available to the public so each individual can find the one that inspires them to move. This is in alignment with my philosophy as a fitness professional. This is a great platform to launch R.E.D. Warrior internationally.' Viewers are being teased that we're getting close to finding out who actually knocked Sam off with the Lady Justice statuette. As for this week, end up learning more about how close Sam got to the murdered cheerleader Lila Stangard. We also see the courtroom games that place the prosecutor and defense attorneys in a cat and mouse match of wits and guile. We also may have heard someone admit to being Sam's killer – but the promotional videos keep teasing we are weeks away from knowing the truth. Today in 2011, Godspell opened at the Circle in the Square Theatre, where it ran for 264 performances. Godspell is a musical by Stephen Schwartz and John-Michael Tebelak. It opened off Broadway on May 17, 1971, and has played in various touring companies and revivals many times since.The structure of the musical is that of a series of parables, based on the Gospel of Matthew (though three of the parables featured are recorded only in the Gospel of Luke). These are then interspersed with a variety of modern music set primarily to lyrics from traditional hymns, with the Passion of Christ treated briefly near the end of the performance. (more...)
