Third Man Records is excited to announce Vault Package #44, the 20th anniversary accompaniment to De Stijl, the legendary sophomore album from The White Stripes. Alan Gilbert has been named as Music Director of the Royal Swedish Opera, where he looks forward to launching his tenure in spring 2021. He will combine the role with his position as Chief Conductor of Hamburg's NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, which he has held since September 2019, after eight years as Music Director of the New York Philharmonic.

Artists Anna Loren, Maddie Nixon and Steve Pirie have been selected from the record-breaking field of 221 entries. The play, centered on San Francisco's Chinatown, was inspired by Yee's family and their deep connections within the community. Joshua Kahan Brody will direct the Playhouse production.

The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) and CBC are thrilled to announce legendary singer-songwriter Corey Hart as the 2019 inductee into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.  Hart, who has sold over 16 million albums worldwide, will be officially inducted into The Canadian Music Hall of Fame during The 2019 JUNO Awards on Sunday, March 17.
