Ghostlight Records celebrates Hal Prince's historic 90th Birthday today with the announcement that the label will release PRINCE OF BROADWAY Original Broadway Cast Recording in physical, digital and streaming formats on Friday, April 20.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced complete casting today for the New York premiere of MISS YOU LIKE HELL. With book and lyrics by Quiara Alegr a Hudes and music and lyrics by Erin McKeown, the new musical is directed by Public Theater Resident Director and Founder of Public Works Lear deBessonet, with choreography by Danny Mefford. The musical will begin previews in The Public's Newman Theater on Tuesday, March 20 and run through Sunday, May 6, with an official press opening on Tuesday, April 10.

Northern Stage is pleased to announce its fifth annual New Works Now, a showcase and celebration of new plays to be presented January 19-21 at the Barrette Center for the Arts. Inaugurated in 2014, New Works Now presents rehearsed staged readings of plays new to the American theater. New Works Now 5.0 will include three staged readings, each featuring a post-show conversation with the playwrights, actors, and directors. Full cast and creative team for Theo Ubique's holiday season production of ALTAR BOYZ was announced today by director Courtney Crouse, who previously directed A MARVIN HAMLISCH SONGBOOK and HONKY TONK ANGELS for the company. Playing the members of the fictitious Christian boy band of the title will be Max DeTogne, Frankie Leo Bennett, Colin Schreier, Brian Bandura and Steven Romero Schaeffer. Joining Crouse on the creative team will be Theo Ubique's Resident Music Director Jeremy Ramey and choreographer Sawyer Smith. Ramey and Smith are both recent Jeff Award winners: Ramey was named Best Music Director this year for Theo's THE MOST HAPPY FELLA and Smith won the 2016 award for his choreography of HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL by Kokandy Productions.
