Feinstein's/54 Below will present the triumphant return of Rita McKenzie's award-winning ETHEL MERMAN'S BROADWAY, the country's longest-running one woman musical, Saturday evening, December 12th at 7 PM. Rita McKenzie has performed her critically acclaimed show throughout the world -- from New York's Carnegie Hall to Pasadena Playhouse -- from Canada to Europe and Asia.

Paul Pecorino, currently starring in the Off-Broadway smash RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL is set to be a special celebrity presenter at the 17th Annual Glam Awards tonight (Wednesday) at 9 PM. Paul will of course be appearing as his imperious (and uber glam) RUTHLESS! character, Sylvia St. Croix. The Glam Awards, hosted by Bianca Del Rio, honor the brightest stars in NYC gay nightlife and over 400 guests are expected to attend. Entry fee is $10 and VIP tickets are available through www.GlamAwards.net.

Now Kim Maresca is taking her act on the road, eight blocks north of RUTHLESS! to be exact, to perform for one night only at Feinstein's/54 Below today, November 17th at 7 PM. KIM MARESCA: THE NEXT STAGE will be an intimate evening of songs that make her giddy, songs that make her dream...and songs that scare the sh*t out of her! A portion of the proceeds from this show will be donated to Broadway Dreams.

Ron Howard took in a performance of the Off-Broadway hit Ruthless! The Musical this past Saturday, November 7th. After laughing heartily throughout the entire show, Howard was the first to leap to his feet at the curtain call's standing ovation. As a former top international child star himself, Howard was particularly interested in meeting the 11-year-old star of RUTHLESS!, Tori Murray. The two can be seen below posing and goofing with each other after Saturday's performance!

Off-Broadway's hit musical RUTHLESS! has added a special performance tomorrow, November 12th at 7 PM in observance of Veteran's Day. The show's creators, Marvin Laird and Joel Paley, are proud veterans themselves. (Veterans of negotiating the minefields of showbiz, that is.)

The two leading ladies and mother/daughter duo from RUTHLESS!, Kim Maresca and Tori Murray, are set to perform at Jim Caruso's 'Cast Party' tonight at 9:30 PM.

Longtime partners and the creators of the hit musical RUTHLESS!, Marvin Laird and Joel Paley, were married in a private ceremony this past Sunday, November 1st. It was truly a family affair with two of the producers, Maxine Paul and Evan Sacks, standing up for the resplendent grooms as maid of honor and best man respectively. (Reports remain spotty on precisely who stood up for whom.) The initial announcement of the nuptials occurred at the July 13th opening night of RUTHLESS! when Paley proposed to Laird while making a celebratory toast at the post-performance party. Sunday's wedding was held at the beautiful home of the show's third producer, Ken Schur, and his lovely and charming wife Janet. Beginning tonight, October 5, Jennifer Diamond will assume the roles of Louise Lerman and Eve Allabout in RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL at St. Luke's Theatre in the heart of the Theatre District.

Haven Burton, currently starring as Lauren in Broadway's KINKY BOOTS, attended the Sept. 21st performance of the Off-Broadway hit RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL at St. Luke's Theatre. Laura Bell Bundy, star of the original production of RUTHLESS!, checked out the new production this past Thursday, September 17th. Bundy played the lethally talented 8-year-old, Tina Denmark, in the original 1992 Off-Broadway production. Her two understudies during that yearlong run also did well for themselves in the intervening years; Britney Spears and Natalie Portman. Bundy was the first to lead the standing ovation at the end of Thursday's performance. Scroll down for photos!

The authors of the smash hit musical RUTHLESS!, Joel Paley and Marvin Laird, will offer two master classes for musical theater performers this Sunday, September 20th in Somerville, NJ.

Joel Paley has earned accolades for over two decades with RUTHLESS! The Musical, for which he wrote the award-winning book and lyrics. He also directed the original 1992 production at the Player's Theatre, as well as in L.A., South Beach, the record-breaking concert event starring Bernadette Peters, and the current smash Off-Broadway production at St. Luke's Theatre. If that isn't enough, Paley is also starring in the show this week as the 8-year-old murderous, uber-talented Tina Denmark. The role is normally played by Tori Murray who is taking a brief, well-deserved vacation as she prepares to enter sixth grade next week. She's set to return to the role tomorrow, and Joel Paley will offer audiences his showstopping take on the role one more time tonight at 7 PM. When asked why the 59-year-old Paley was interested in stepping into this seemingly impossible assignment, he merely shrugged and explained, 'The show must go on.' Scroll down for photos!

The cast of Off-Broadway's smash hit RUTHLESS! The Musical met the stars of the live dance sensation BALLROOM WITH A TWIST, which is currently touring the country. And the sparks flew! It was a love-fest for the talented showmen and women after the August 10th performance of RUTHLESS! when the stars of both of both shows mingled and posed for photos.
