Howard Davies will direct Steve Waters' new play TEMPLE, a fictionalised account of the events that took place during the 2011 Occupy demonstration outside St Paul's Cathedral. Simon Russell Beale will return to the Donmar stage to play the Dean having previously starred in The Philanthropist, Twelfth Night and Uncle Vanya (for which he won the 2003 Olivier Award for Best Actor).

Manhattan Theatre Club announces the upcoming Sloan Panel Discussion on Constellations, which will be held following the Thursday, January 15 performance of the play at MTC's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre (261 West 47th Street), and is open to anyone attending the evening's performance. The panel, which will be presented in partnership with the World Science Festival, will focus on the role of science in the play and will feature playwright Nick Payne and Brian Greene, professor of Physics and Mathematics at Columbia University and co-founder of the World Science Festival. Social commentator Faith Salie will moderate.

Theatre at the Center, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana, Northwest Indiana's only professional theatre, will host sensational summer workshops for young theater enthusiasts. Uptown Players, a professional theater group located in the Uptown area of Dallas, has announced its 2014 season at the Kalita Humphreys Theater, which will feature the regional premieres of the 2013 Tony Award winning play, Vanya, Sonia, Masha and Spike, the 2012 Tony nominated play The Lyons, the 2004 Tony award winning musical, The Boy From Oz, plus the return of an audience favorite, Pageant. Uptown Players will also present its annual fundraising performance - Broadway Our Way, which will be held in January 2014. In April, Uptown Players will join forces with the Turtle Creek Chorale for a concert version of Sweeney Todd at the City Performance Hall.
