Millions of women will share one simple goal this season: finding a pair of jeans to fit and flatter. In fact, according to a recent survey of more than 500 women conducted by Lands' End, more than half (60 percent) stated they would rather find a perfect fitting, flattering pair of jeans than have their hair done by a celebrity hair stylist or have a personal chef (54 percent). BWW Interview: Tony Nominee Daniel Jenkins Discusses Return as Huck Finn in 54 SINGS BIG RIVER

Tony nominee Daniel Jenkins originated the role of Huck in the original Broadway production of BIG RIVER and earned both a Tony and Drama Desk nomination for his portrayal. He also starred as Mark Twain/Voice of Huck in the critically acclaimed 2003 Deaf West Production of the musical, which is quickly becoming a classic. Now, he's ready to revisit the material that changed his life in the upcoming 54 SINGS BIG RIVER at Broadway's Supper Club, 54 Below. Joined by fellow original cast members Marin Mazzie and Jennifer Leigh Warren, as well as the 2003 revival's Michael McElroy. BENTON HARBOR, Mich., Oct.28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) announced today third-quarter GAAP net earnings of $230 million, or $2.88 per diluted share, compared to $196 million, or $2.42 per diluted share, reported for the same prior-year period. Ongoing business earnings per diluted share (1) increased to a third-quarter record $3.04, compared to $2.72 in the same prior-year period, mainly driven by revenue growth, ongoing cost productivity and the benefit of cost and capacity-reduction initiatives. One of the reasons that I especially enjoy going to quality collegiate theatre is that, while these programs want to have as many people in the audience as possible, for obvious exposure and financial reasons, they are far more focused on presenting interesting and challenging works that prepare their students for whatever artistic careers they eventually pursue. Rollins College's production of MACHINAL, running through February 21st, will not be for everyone, but thankfully, director and Department Chair Dr. David Charles has larger goals in mind for this program.
