BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present return of Nashville vocalist Wendy Moten – best known for her 2021 run on NBC’s “The Voice” – on Monday, August 21 at 7:00 PM.

Sarasota Opera has announced the lineup for the 2023 Summer Classic Movies at the Opera House. I envied the dancers at certain points, repeatedly thinking 'what a mega gig' - getting to work in a troupe of ten and experiencing new commissions as a company. Their commitment levels suggest they aren't taking the opportunity for granted, and that kind of awareness only gives good things. I'm looking forward to the next London tour.

It's a courageous musical to perform, especially in Florida, especially this year. Kudos to all!
