BSC will present two World Premiere musicals and new productions of a Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical classic, a Tony Award-winning musical revue, and a Pulitzer Prize-winning play.

The production really comes together as a whole-from the lights to the sound to the costumes to the set and even the set changes, everything has been carefully designed and choreographed to give the audience the sense of wonder and magic that should accompany any telling of Narnia.

Based on the novel by C. S. Lewis and directed by Sally Cookson, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is now playing at the Bridge Theatre running to 2 February 2020.  Full details of the performance schedule, including Sunday matinees, are available on the Bridge website.

Flat Rock Playhouse continues the 2019 Season with summer blockbuster musical and Broadway classic, South Pacific. Southern Belles, uniting two ground-breaking one-act plays by Tennessee Williams, will headline the King's Head Theatre's 2019 Queer Season, running from 24 July to 24 August. Southern Belles is directed by Jamie Armitage, co-director of the multi Olivier nominated musical Six, a graduate of King's Head Theatre's Trainee Resident Director's scheme and now a Junior Associate, as well as a Resident Director at the Almeida Theatre.

This Thursday, December 7 marks the anniversary of the air raid on Pearl Harbor in which Japanese planes attacked a United States Naval Air Base in the Territory of Hawaii in the Pacific. Thousands of Americans lost their lives or were injured, and more than 300 ships were destroyed. The event brought citizens together in support of U.S. participation in the war. President Roosevelt addressed the nation, calling the event, 'a day that will live in infamy.'

Venice Theatre is once again turning its Pinkerton Theatre into Pinky's Cabaret for the sixth annual Summer Cabaret Festival with 20 different productions featuring some of the best cabaret acts in the state of Florida. The 13th season continued on April 30th with SHAW SONGS, a festive cabaret evening of songs that George Bernard Shaw played, sang, and enjoyed (1856-1950). Marcia Milgrom Dodge directs with Paul Staroba serving as Musical Director.

The Crucible (1953) is a partially fictionalized narrative of the Salem witch trials which occurred in Massachusetts Bay Colony during 1692 to 1693, written by American playwright Arthur Miller.

Artistic Directors Joseph Leo Bwarie and Dimitri Toscas have set the 2017-2018 Inaugural Season at the newly established nonprofit Garry Marshall Theatre in Burbank.
