Hunger & Thirst Theatre Presents DRACULA, 10/14

Hunger & Thirst Theatre returns to New York this month with a modern stage adaptation of Bram Stoker's 1897 Gothic horror novel DRACULA, written by the company's Artistic Director Patricia Lynn and directed by Geordie Broadwater.  Hunger & Thirst will be supporting the New York Blood Center throughout the limited run by offering half-price tickets to donors with bring proof of their recent blood donation. UW/Madison's Union Theatre and Shannon Hall presents the world premiere of Randall Duk Kim and Anne Occhiogrosso starring in 'The Pleasure of His Company: Our 40 Year Love Affair with William Shakespeare,' an evening of personal recollections, dramatic scenes and stories of Shakespeare's influence on Kim and Occhiogrosso's lives and careers for more than four decades, at 7:00 PM on October 21 at UW/Madison's Union Theatre / Shannon Hall. The 2-character performance piece, conceived and written by Kim and Occhiogrosso for this occasion, combines performance of signature Shakespearean dramatic scenes with performance pieces which celebrate Shakespeare's contribution to world literature.
