Peter Pan, like its namesake, is a tale which never ages. Children and adults alike have all fallen under the spell of Neverland, a place where children can fly and exciting, frightening adventures happen every day.

In 1985 Piers Chater Robinson adapted J.M. Barrie's book for the stage, and now, 25 years later, his innovative Peter Pan musical score is well known and loved, performed in professional and amateur productions worldwide and is quickly becoming the most popular musical version of Peter Pan internationally. CYT is pleased to be selected as one of the first theaters in Chicagoland to produce it!

Join all your favorite characters: Peter Pan, Wendy, John, Michael, the dastardly Captain Hook and his sidekick Smee, Tiger Lily, the Lost Boys, Pirates, Neverland Indians, Fairies, Nana the pet dog and, of course, that scary crocodile as CYT travels to Neverland like you've never experienced it before.

David Rowen, producer of YouTube series davidrowen/creative, assembled a diverse group of Broadway/theatre performers to remake and put a spin on the classic gospel medley, 'Joyful, Joyful,' from the Whoopi Goldberg and Lauryn Hill film, Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit. The video is the creative element of a larger project to promote positive social change, and to raise awareness and charity for Teen and Police Service (TAPS) Academy, which is a program that connects at-risk youth and law enforcement to build trust and understanding between the two groups. Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) received Honorable Mention recognition from the New England Theatre Conference (NETC) 54th Annual Moss Hart Awards for FPAC's 2015 production of The Addams Family. Presented at the 65th annual NETC Convention on October 29, the 2016 Moss Hart Awards honored eight productions from across New England. FPAC's The Addams Family was one of two theatrical productions recognized in the Community Theatre Division. The prestigious awards honor the life of celebrated Broadway playwright, director, and producer Moss Hart.
