MAP Theatre returns for another season of daring, quirky, and refreshingly original work that audiences have of come to expect from the company that brought you Vincent Delaney's 3 Screams, Martin McDonagh's A Behanding in Spokane and Carter W. Lewis' Soft Click of a Switch.

This season, MAP brings to Seattle two world-premiere productions in keeping with their unique brand of theatre.

Celine Song's The Feast
Opening May 1st, 2015

When all meat mysteriously turns to rot, ours becomes a world populated with reluctant vegetarians. Four hungry dinner guests impatiently await a latecomer to the table. As the hour grows late and stomachs begin to howl, the traces of civilization turn to decay. Sensual as it is grotesque, foul as it is funny, The Feast is a biting satire that serves up a heady repast straight from the kitchens of our darkest desires.

Directed by Aimée Bruneau, The Feast features the acting talents of Mark Fullerton, Peggy Gannon, Mia Morris and Brandon Ryan.

When: May 1st to May 16th, 2015
Where: The Schmee, 2125 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

Vincent Delaney's The Art of Bad Men
Opening September 25th, 2015

It is 1945 and thousands of German POWs live in camps scattered throughout the U.S. Some are dedicated Nazis, others are barely old enough to hold a rifle, but all share a fear of an uncertain future as, back in Germany, their world collapses. They're frightened of losing the war, losing their home, and of the vastness of the strange American landscape. In one Minnesota POW camp, a production of a Moliere play may give them a chance at hope-through escape or transcendence.

Based on interviews conducted by the playwright between 2003 and 2004, The Art of Bad Men brings to the stage a chapter of history that has been treated as little more than a footnote for far too long.

The Art of Bad Men is directed by Gregory Award-Winner Kelly Kitchens and features the acting talents of Grace Carmack, Peggy Gannon, Ben McFadden, Nic Morden and Brandon Ryan.

When: September 25th to October 17th, 2015
Where: The Lab@INScape, 815 Seattle Blvd S, Seattle, WA 98134
