Changing Scene and Tacoma Little Theatre to Present SUMMERPLAY 2014 Festival, 8/22-30

The Changing Scene Theatre Northwest, in partnership with Tacoma Little Theatre, presents its 12th annual festival, Summerplay 2014: A Festival of New Works, August 22-30, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, Sunday, August 24 at 2:00pm, and Thursday, August 28 at 7:30pm.

Summerplay 2014 is directed by Pavlina Morris and features 9 world premieres each performance: "Luck of the Irish" by Charlie Birdsell, "Life-Changing Email" by John C. Davenport, "Spring Cleaning" by Scott Gibson, "Are You Happy Here?" by Donna Hoke, "Brando's Cat" by David Brendan Hopes, "Holly and Herbie and Walter and Waffles" by Mark Harvey Levine, "Two Cats Explain the Monstrous Moth Group" by Ian Thal, "You're Driving Me Crazy #2" by Todd Wallinger, and "Safe at Home" by Michael Weems.
