Café Nordo has announced that their new show, Don Nordo Del Midwest, will be extending through June at their new Pioneer Square Culinarium.

Declared "a Seattle icon not to be missed" and "entertaining, tasty and fresh" by the Huffington Post, Nordo's new show details the origin story of Chef Nordo Lefesczki in a production that features a collection of "Midwest Tapas," small plates intriguingly inspired by the food the mysterious Chef encountered on his journey across America. Both food and story-telling are complemented by the ever-intoxicating live scoring of Annastasia Workman.

Starting next month, Nordo presents "Summer Nights at Nordo's Culinarium," a collection of original programming in their new Pioneer Square home. Then this fall the company is thrilled to be reviving their 2010 hit Sauced, where a gin joint is the setting for a noir tale of femme fatales and shady investigations.

Since 2009, Café Nordo has serves up modern cuisine while thrilling audiences with the history, myth, science and politics of food. The Nordo experience has won five Footlight Awards from the Seattle Times, who have called it "A fricassee of satire, zany antics and enlightened food consciousness," while Culture Mob says that it's "a world where flavors sing and dance, and stories get served like artwork on plates," and The Stranger declares that Chef Nordo "somehow intuitively understands what you want and is lovingly, slowly creating it just for you."

Ticket Prices: Thursdays and Sundays: $65 for show and nine-course tapas, $90 with Wine Flight of five wines; Fridays and Saturdays $75, $100 with Flight.
