During the performance of 99 Layoffs at ACT Theatre this past Saturday, one of the actors sustained a leg injury. The production took an unscheduled intermission to evaluate the situation, and then with heroic efforts on the parts of many (but most especially the injured actor), Radial Theater Project was able to complete that performance. However, now time for healing and medical attention is needed, and there will be a short postponement of performances.

This coming weekend's performances of 99 Layoffs at ACT Theatre, tonight, August 9-August 11, have been cancelled. The production will re-open on Thursday, August 16 and will complete its remaining scheduled run with these performances:

August 16 8:30pm
August 17 8:30pm
August 18 2:30pm and 8:30pm
August 20 at 7:30pm
August 23 at 8:30pm
August 24 at 8:30pm
August 25 at 2:30pm and 8:30pm

With fewer available performances and the success of our first weekend's sales, inevitably it will be considerably more difficult to get tickets for the remaining performances. You can purchase tickets from ACT's ticket office either online at http://www.acttheatre.org or by phone at (206) 292-7676. And if you already have tickets for this weekend's performances, contact ACT's ticket office for rescheduling. ACT will be contacting patrons with tickets shortly to reschedule.
