The Musical Theatre Initiative will present a selection of new works at an upcoming concert at Joe's Pub on November 16th. The shows to be presented will include Like Water for Chocolate, A Thousand Words Come to Mind, and Kansas City Choirboy. The cast will include Broadway veterans Barbara Walsh and Jonathan Groff, as well as Betty Gilpin.

Famed performance space Joe's Pub has announced a revised upcoming line up of event in November and early December. Performers include Lauren Abrose, Coleman Domingo, Capathia Jenkins and Louis Rosen, Hair's Caissie Levy, and more. Kelly Joe Phelps who was previously scheduled to perform on 11/14, has pulled out and has been replaced PT Walkley.

Sundance White Oak Lab has announced principal casting for the production of LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE. The cast will include Broadway veterans Craig Bierko, Dick Latessa and Sherie Rene Scott. The musical is being adapted by theater vets William Finn and James Lapine. Sundance will also premiere the musical adaptation of "Like Water for Chocolate" by Laura Esquivel.

The 51st Annual GRAMMY? Awards Pre-Telecast Ceremony will take place on GRAMMY Sunday, Feb. 8, from 1 ? 3:45 p.m. PT at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The ceremony is the non-televised event where a majority of GRAMMY categories are awarded, and it has grown into its own celebrated affair with guest presenters and live performances. Presented with full production values appropriate for the GRAMMY Awards, the Pre-Telecast is now attended by thousands, including many nominees, and occurs just hours before the live telecast at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. The Pre-Telecast Ceremony will be streamed live internationally on www.grammy.com beginning at 1 p.m. PT, and will remain on the Web site for 30 days following the event.
