This summer, countertenor Anthony Roth Costanzo, a "bona-fide star" (New Yorker) of the Metropolitan Opera, Berlin Philharmonic, Lyric Opera of Chicago, San Francisco Opera, English National Opera, Canadian Opera Company, LA Opera, and Glyndebourne, returns as one of twelve curators to Brooklyn's artist-led National Sawdust (NS), where he will present and perform in a radical reimagining of Handel's dramatic cantata Aci, Galatea e Polifemo, a co-production of National Sawdust and San Francisco's Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra & Chorale (led by conductor Nicholas McGegan).

Artistic Director Mark Yonally and Chicago Tap Theatre (CTT) are proud to present Changes, a science fiction tap dance story show set to all-new arrangements of the music of David Bowie, directed by Harrison McEldowney, based on an original show created by Chicago Tap Theatre, choreography by Yonally with musical arrangements and direction by Kurt Schweitz, June 30 - July 16, at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont Ave. Opening night is Friday, June 30 at 7:30 p.m. The performance schedule is Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.  Tickets are $37 for adults, $30 for seniors and $23 for students and dancers. Cirque du Soleil brings OVO to Royal Albert Hall

Cirque du Soleil returns to London's Royal Albert Hall in January 2018 with OVO which comes to the UK for the first time. Having travelled North America and set to make its European debut in Zurich in October 2017, OVO, a celebration of nature and co-existence, will be making its way to London from 7 January. Steep Theatre's U.S. Premiere of Cordelia Lynn's Lela & Co., directed by Robin Witt, will feature Cruz Gonzalez-Cadel and Chris Chmelik. Gonzalez-Cadel will make her Steep Theatre debut, and this will be Chmelik's third Steep production, after Simon Stephens' Motortown and Howard Korder's The Hollow Lands.
