Following a storming run at Underbelly Festival Southbank in summer 2017, former Prime Minister and global cabaret superstar Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho is back and this time she's hosting a club night! There'll be non-stop 80s hits from a non-stop 80s witch as the Iron Lady drops more beats then Theresa May has dropped manifesto pledges.

Margaret Thatcher Queen of Club Nights is not to be missed and will be at Assembly Checkpoint for a limited 2 nights only on the 19th and 26th August at 1am. Tickets are on sale now!

Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho says:

"Yes dears, it's true! I have taken back Soho, light entertainment, the Falklands and now I am coming for Disco! Come along and get down with the one Tory female leader who still has public support! If Jeremy Corbyn can take his party back to the 70s, then I am taking mine back to the 80s! You'll be as Lucky, Lucky, Lucky as Kylie Minogue avoiding marriage to Jason Donovan. We'll have all the hits, vogueing, neon tights and we'll finally be able to see if the Lady is for turning.... on the dance floor!"

Maggie also hosts Margaret Thatcher Queen of Game Shows running throughout the Edinburgh Festival Fringe for a second year at Assembly George Square Gardens (Piccolo) from 3rd - 27th August at 9pm, following last years critically acclaimed sell-out run.

Join Maggie as she leads audience members to compete for their golden giro cheque in a topical drag cabaret extravaganza like no other! Updated for 2017 with brand new topical sketches and games based on Brexit, the General Election, and what ever else happens in the news leading up to August - and quite frankly, in this climate, that could be anything! Alongside cameo appearances from Jeremy Corbyn, Angela Merkel, Nigel Farage, Nicola Sturgeon and Owen Jones, and games including Brexit Through The Gift Shop, Fake News and Check Your Privilege, there'll be songs and let's not forget, there'll be catchphrases: "The Lady's not for turning, for turning the lady's...?"

2016's run of Margaret Thatcher Queen of Game Shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe saw the show playing to sold out audiences every night and become one of the top three best reviewed shows of the Fringe, garnering an admirable nine five star reviews and much critical acclaim and notoriety.

Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho is played by Matt Tedford, and created by Olivier Award winner Jon Brittain.
