Tell us a bit about Harry and Chris 2.

It's a bit like a Killers concert. The only difference is the lack of drums, bass, electric guitar, fame, hit songs, groupies, roadies, support act, light show, fireworks, Brandon Flowers and stadiums. It's really really really funny and heartwarming we promise come to our show and let us sleep on your sofa. It's like a laser of happiness right in your eyes. But like a laser that's good for your eyes, like laser eye surgery, rather than those laser pens that everyone else seemed to have in school when we'd just discovered the popcorn flavoured smelly gel pens.

Do you think you know what to expect having performed last year?

We know a few things for sure. 1. It'll be in Edinburgh. 2. We'll be performing music composed by Harry and Chris. 3. We'll go to Nandos after most of our shows. 4. Harry and Chris will be there. 5. Towards the end of the month Chris will start mumbling 'vegetables' under his breath while harry ploughs through on deep fried mars bars and a lack of sleep.

What sets it apart from other shows at the Fringe?

It is literally like none of the other shows at the Fringe. None of the other shows have Harry or Chris in, and this one has both!! It's genuinely feel-good and uplifting and Chris gives really good hugs afterwards if you need it. Harry's heart is in the right place but his shoulders are just slightly too bony for it to be fully comfortable.

Who would you recommend comes to see you?

We would recommend roughly 80 people per day come along who are willing to reserve a seat in advance for a fiver and also be open to being convinced to donate more at the end if they enjoyed it and/or buy a cd. Part of what we loved from last year was we had a whole age range from kids dragging along their parents, to our own grandmas in the crowd and we really believe there is something for everyone. It's a bonus if they'll understand any robot wars references.

Are there any other shows you're hoping to catch at the festival?

Rob Auton's show is always top of the list and this year it's about hair so that is equally exciting. Last year we discovered Paul Currie, Lolly Adefope, Spencer Jones and Rachel Parris and now it's hard to imagine our lives without them so as well as looking out for anything new they might have, we're excited about who this year's revelations will be.

Harry & Chris perform The Harry & Chris Show 2 at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe at Just The Tonic, The Cask Room from 3rd -27th Aug at 2:20pm ahead of a nationwide tour from 25th October - 30th December. More info and tickets are available at www.harryandchris.com
