Transcendence Theatre Company Presents BROADWAY UNDER THE STARS, 6/28

Transcendence Theatre Company, producer of the Broadway Under the Stars in Jack London State Park concert series, is proud to announce they will return to the historic park for a 2nd season this summer.

The inaugural 2012 season won the Broadway World San Francisco Award for "Best Special Theater Event," while attracting 7,500 attendees and raising over $27,000 for Jack London State Historic Park.

The Broadway Under The Stars concert series, playing June 28 -August 31, 2013, will include four separate themed concerts, totaling 14 nights of performances, wine tasting, and pre-event picnicking in the park.

While the performers for the 2013 season have yet to be announced, the 2012 season featured Broadway performers from the casts of Mamma Mia, Les Miserables, Chicago, La Cage Aux Folles, Gypsy, Hairspray, Follies, White Christmas, Million Dollar Quartet, Mary Poppins and more.

Tickets cost $29-$125, with discounts on 'early-bird' tickets purchased before May 1st, 2013. $5 of every ticket sold will benefit Jack London State Park. The success of these concerts will play a vital role in sustaining the threatened park for generations to come. Group tickets are available at a special discount for individuals and organizations. Transcendence Theatre Company (TTC) is a nonprofit, regional theatre company comprised of artists with professional experience on Broadway, in movies, and on television.
