Z Space is pleased to present the world premiere commission of A House Tour of the Infamous Porter Family Mansion with Tour Guide Weston Ludlow Londonderry, a wild comedy and immersive theatrical experience created by Z Space Playwright in Residence Peter Sinn Nachtrieb. Performances run March 29-April 23, 2016. Press Opening is Monday, April 4, 2016 at 7pm.

The culmination of Nachtrieb's first three-year residency at Z Space, House Tour is directed byJason Eagan, Artistic Director of the celebrated Ars Nova in New York City. Esteemed Bay Area actor Danny Scheie, for whom Nachtrieb expressly wrote House Tour, stars.

House Tour is a surreal and occasionally unreal journey through the former home of a tremendously wealthy and eccentric couple, Hubert and Clarissa Porter. Audiences will not be seated, instead they will be led by tour guide Weston Ludlow Londonberry, who will take them through a structure that physically tells the story of the wealthy couple's journey towardseccentricity, insanity, and sudden mysterious isolation from the outer world. The set, created byrenowned designer Sean Riley, is a character of its own.

A "confirmed bachelor," Weston Ludlow Londonderry transcends time and modernity. He is a man of great style and severe points of view, who has a passion for storytelling, gossip, suggestive language, and, keeping his guests in check. He also has a predilection for frequent tangential philosophizing and existential angst. While pop culture likes to paint the story of the Porters as typical "rise and fall of the wealthy" gossip, Weston believes that something far more profound was taking place behind the doors of the compound.

House Tour is a play about people who must live far outside the confines of mainstream society, either because they have the means to do so or because they have no choice, and how pleasurable it is to take a glimpse inside.
