Linda and Michael Waterman are both successful writers, happily married to one another. They thrive on the give and take of their unusually honest and candid relationship. APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN

Dragon Productions Theatre Company started a new program this year called the Monday Night Play Space. The idea was that we knew a number of local artists who needed a way to workshop new works or host a one night event to test out their artistic wings. We invited local artists to use the space for anything they could come up with, including stage readings of new plays, local film screenings, improv demos, book readings, one man/woman shows with music, poetry slams, stand up comedy, or whatever else they needed. It's been incredibly successful for the artists and we've had new audience come by to peek behind the curtain to see what it takes to get a performance truly show ready. As such, we're going to do it again in 2017. There's no cost to the performer - we'll hire front of house staff and a technician to run the show, will waive the rental fee, and will do some advertising on the event. You will need to provide the artistic work and the people to perform said work. We will accept cash donations at the door as a pay-what-you-will event to make it affordable for anyone who's wanting to try something new. Let's make new art together in 2017!

We've set the dates for 2017 and are now accepting applications for performance slots.
