Broadway San Jose, a Nederlander Presentation, announced today the six productions that will comprise the lineup for its 2017-18 season -- Broadway's under the sea spectacular DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID (September 26-October 1, 2017), the Tony and Grammy Award-winning Broadway hit BEAUTIFUL - THE Carole King MUSICAL (November 13-19, 2017), Jonathan Larson's Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning masterpiece RENT 20TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR (January 23-28, 2018), Lincoln Center Theater's Tony Award-winning production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's THE KING AND I (February 20-25, 2018), Andrew Lloyd Webber's spellbinding sequel to The Phantom of the Opera, LOVE NEVER DIES (March 13-18, 2018), and the breathtaking smash-hit musical FINDING NEVERLAND (April 17-22, 2018). The Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS (June 5-10, 2018) returns to San Jose by popular demand as a special season add-on. Single ticket on-sale dates will be announced at a later date.
Broadway San Jose season subscriptions range in price from $287-$572 for the basic six-show package and can be purchased online at broadwaysanjose.com, or by calling(866) 395-2929. A limited number of President's Club memberships are available, which include center orchestra seats, access to the President's Club Lounge with exclusive-use restrooms and bar, complimentary snacks and entertainment, invitations to cast parties and special events, plus concierge service for making pre-show dining reservations and to purchase theatre tickets in New York or anywhere in the world. "Broadway San Jose is proud to present another season that represents the best that Broadway has to offer," said Nanci Williams, Broadway San Jose General Manager. "Our 2017-18 season is brimming with several of the biggest hit musicals guaranteed to entertain and enchant and entertain the whole family." On Monday, February 27 from 5:30 - 9 p.m., patrons are invited to a season launch party at the Center for the Performing Arts (255 S. Almaden Blvd.). Guests will be treated to theater tours, live music, and an auction of Broadway memorabilia.
