Imagine holding the key to a child's Christmas joy in the palm of your hand and you might begin to understand the incredible task of playing the role of Santa Claus! Circle Circle dot dot's first-ever Holiday production Bearded will share with audiences the incredible true-life tales from real San Diego Mall Santas, and shed light on what it's like to be the man behind the beard.

"As a huge lover of the Holiday season, I was thrilled to take the opportunity to get into the spirit of Christmas with this latest endeavor. While the world of a Mall Santa proved to be a bizarre one, it also revealed quite a lot of beauty in the humanity involved in successfully filling the shoes of the daunting, and magnanimous character of Santa." - Katherine Harroff, Playwright of "Bearded" and Artistic Director of Circle Circle dot dot.

Attendees of "Bearded" will be delighted in the transformation of the 10th Ave Theatre in Downtown San Diego, as they will be transplanted right into the middle of Santa's Village with scenic design by Shaun Tuazon. Photo opportunities with Santa are encouraged after the production.

This production is suitable and accepting of diverse audiences, families, and all ages. However, CCdd does not want to destroy the Santa illusion for any young ones. Parental discretion is advised.

The cast includes Micheal Nieto (Nick), Soroya Rowley (Lynne), Laura Kaplan-Nieto (Jessica), Michael Parrott, Taylor Wycoff, Cory Hammond, and Keith Hammond as various players.

The creative team includes PatRick Kelly (Director), Crystal Brandan (Stage Manager), Shaun Tuazon (Scenic), Connelly Meschen (Assistant Scenic Design), Bonnie Breckinridge (Lighting), Mike Brown (Sound), Kristin McReddie (Costumes).
