Pioneer Theatre Company begins its annual holiday drive.

"In the spirit of the holiday season, we are asking our ticket holders to bring canned or boxed food and drop them off in the theatre lobby during our presentation of It Happened One Christmas," said Chris Lino, managing director for Pioneer Theatre Company. This holiday drive will continue a tradition begun by the theatre at the holidays for the past four years.

"Pioneer Theatre's patrons were so generous when we partnered with them in 2012; we are thrilled that they are bringing their patrons to the table again this year to help us fight hunger in Utah," said Ginette Bott, Utah Food Bank Chief Development Officer.

From Friday, Dec. 4th to Saturday, Dec. 19th, the theatre will collect donations in the lobby. Volunteers will deliver donations to Utah Food Bank.

Pioneer Theatre Company presents It Happened One Christmas, a world premiere holiday event, Friday, December 4 through Saturday, December 19, 2015. No ticket is required to make a donation in the theatre's lobby.
