Volcano Theatre Company is bringing PLAY ON by Rick Abbott to the Ampitheatre in Volcano, CA through September 12. The show opened on August 14. PLAY ON is directed by Patti Fredericks.

The hilarious story of a theatre group trying desperately to put on a play in spite of the maddening interference from the authoress, who's trying to revise the script during the rehearsal!

Amphitheatre doors open at 6:30 pm for picnic dining or to reserve your spot.

Fri and Sat evenings at 8:00 pm, August 14 - September 12. No Sunday matinee performances.

Should it rain during a performance on the Amphitheatre Stage, the show will continue. If you choose to leave a performance due to rain, you are entitled to a voucher during the first hour and fifteen minutes of the performance only. To receive your voucher, you must be present as the play begins, and you must turn in your ticket stub to the Box Office.

There are many ways to become part of the VTC. With every production there are auditions for actors, backstage jobs, house managing, costume design and construction, set construction, production duties, marquee painting, poster design and much, much more. This is a community theatre that encourages everyone interested in having a good time, putting on quality theatre and meeting people, to come out and get involved.
