VEGGIETALES LIVE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOB & LARRY to Play Gallo Center, 10/10
"VeggieTales Live! Happy Birthday Bob & Larry," based on the popular, Christian-themed children's videos starring anthropomorphic vegetables, is coming to the Gallo Center for the Arts as part of a national, 35-city tour. It is the first time "VeggieTales Live!" is touring on the West Coast.
The performance is on Thursday, October 10, at 7 pm. Tickets range in price from $15 to $50. A $50 ticket includes seating in the front two rows and a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with the cast after the show. Tickets are available online at GalloArts.org, by calling (209) 338-2100, or at the Gallo Center ticket office, 1000 I Street in downtown Modesto.
In the show, Bob the Tomato and Larry the Cucumber are throwing a musical birthday party and are inviting their friends across the country to join in on the excitement. The audience can expect dancing, sing-a-longs and familiar faces from the last 20 years of hilarious VeggieTales stories. Included in the show are fan-favorite songs like "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything," "His Cheeseburger," "I Love My Lips," "Song of the Cebu," "The Hairbrush Song," "Monkey" and "God is Bigger."
"VeggieTales Live!" is a production from Big Idea Entertainment, a division of Dreamworks Animation SKG, Inc.
"We're thrilled to invite all of our fans to the biggest birthday bash ever," said Leslie Ferrell, President of Big Idea Entertainment. "This special 20th birthday celebration is for everyone, young and old, coast to coast. This spectacular show will make returning VeggieTales Live! show fans and newcomers jump to their feet with exciting stories, songs and features."
