Still giving joy to the world after four decades, music icons Three Dog Night will make their Gallo Center for the Arts debut at 8 pm on Saturday, October 12. Tickets for the concert range in price from $30 to $75, and may be purchased at www.galloarts.org, by calling (209) 338-2100, or from the Gallo Center ticket office at 1000 I Street in downtown Modesto.

The band possesses some of the more amazing statistics in popular music history. In the years 1969 through 1974, no other group achieved more top 10 hits, sold more records or sold more concert tickets than Three Dog Night. Their music continues to impact pop culture today, whether on the radio where they are heard continuously, in television commercials, or in movies. Songs like "Mama Told Me (Not To Come)," "Joy to the World," "Black and White," "Shambala" and "One" are among the group's numerous hits and the basis for their enduring popularity.

Three Dog Night's appearance at the Gallo Center is sponsored by 1st Light Energy.
