One of Broadway's most talked about musicals and the biggest Tony Award-winner in years will be presented at the Elmwood Playhouse in Nyack, NY, November 16 - December 15, 2012, Friday and Saturday at 8:00PM and Sunday at 2:00PM. Tickets are $25.00, Seniors and Students, $23.00 except Saturdays. Based on the infamous 1892 Frank Wedekind play, SPRING AWAKENING features an electrifying score by Duncan Sheik with book/ lyrics by Steven Sater. Directed by Claudia Stefany with musical direction by Chris Bankey, SPRING AWAKENING features: T. J. Larke, Tom Mazzarella, Michael Serpe, Jose Velez, T. Eric Collins, Andrew Marcinak, Michael Deming, Emma Ruck, Olivia Didrichsen, Ashley Cohen, Audrey Patricola, Alyxx Weishaar and Meg Sewell.

Est in 1947, the award winning Elmwood Playhouse in historic Nyack, NY offers an outstanding and affordable season of musicals, comedies, and dramas in an intimate 99 seat, air conditioned, community theatre.
