Title Sponsors Announced for PPAC Gala: SPEND THE NIGHT WITH BILLY CRYSTAL

J.L. "Lynn" Singleton, President of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), is pleased to announce that Marcum LLP, The Providence Journal, and Taco/The White Family Foundation are the proud title sponsors for the PPAC Gala: SPEND THE NIGHT WITH Billy Crystal, SPECIAL GUEST Bonnie Hunt. Mr. Crystal will appear with Ms. Hunt at PPAC on Thursday, March 23at 7:30P.

Anthony Scillia, Partner-in-Charge of the New England Region of Marcum LLP said, "We are delighted to be a title sponsor for SPEND THE NIGHT WITH Billy Crystal, and are looking forward to seeing Crystal, who is a comedy legend, at the historic and beautiful Providence Performing Arts Center. Marcum is committed to supporting non-profit organizations like PPAC who enrich the city of Providence and the state of Rhode Island."

John Hazen White, Jr., Executive Chairman of the Board - Taco Comfort Solutions, said, "Taco/The White Family Foundation are happy to continue supporting the Providence Performing Arts Center as a title sponsor of their Annual Gala. Taco/The White Family Foundation is also the title sponsor of PPAC's Broadway Series. They are a fantastic partner."

Tickets for the Gala are $300 and include prime seating to SPEND THE NIGHT WITH Billy Crystal, access to the post-show party at PPAC, and parking. The PPAC Gala is a fundraiser for the Theatre and is a black-tie optional event. Gala Tickets are tax-deductible to the extent provided by the law. There are a selected number of orchestra and loge seating available for SPEND THE NIGHT WITH Billy Crystal; these are non-Gala tickets. Non-Gala tickets are $200 - $45; all ticket prices include a $3 per ticket restoration charge and are subject to change without notice. Due to the popularity of SPEND THE NIGHT WITH Billy Crystal, please call the Box Office at (401) 421-ARTS (2787) for ticket availability. Box Office Hours are Monday - Friday, 10A to 5P; Saturday, 10A to 2P and two hours prior to curtain times on performance days.

A stand-up comic turned television star, Crystal found fame as a movie funnyman with starring roles in blockbusters such as When Harry Met Sally, City Slickers, and Analyze This. He was much loved as the acclaimed nine-time host of the Academy Awards, an achievement topped only by Bob Hope, who hosted the Oscars 19 times.
