2nd Story Theatre opens its UpStage season with Enron, Lucy Prebble's darkly exhilarating play about the corporate crime that defined the end of the twentieth century. A cross between insightful analysis and savage satire, this unique business "thriller" dances gracefully between high finance and low comedy, between classical tragedy and theatre of the absurd. Of selecting a ripped-from-the-headlines, contemporary offering to kick start the season, Artistic Director Ed Shea says, "After a summer of died-in-the-wool classics, we're steppin' out this fall with a 1,000-watt amusement park ride of a play that is modern, bold, theatrical and supremely entertaining".

Performances are October 9 - November 2, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, and Sundays at 2:30pm. Tickets are $30. Tickets for ages 21 and under are $21.

2nd Story Theatre is located at 28 Market Street, Warren, Rhode Island. For tickets visit the box office, call 401-247-4200, or buy online at www.2ndStoryTheatre.com.
