Rehearsals are underway for the next production at the Lebanon Community Theatre. The Broadway comedy DON'T DRINK THE WATER will be presented October 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 & 11, 2014, at 7:30 PM and October 5 & 12, 2014, at 2:30 PM. LCT is located at East Maple St and Theatre Dr, Lebanon, PA 17046.

Produced on Broadway by David Merrick and written by Woody Allen, the comedy, set in the year 1966, revolves around a family of tourists vacationing in a Communist Country behind the Iron Curtain. After taking pictures in a restricted area, the family is chased into the nearby American Embassy where the action of the play is set.

Directed by Larry Sheaf and Assistant Director Jack Ferry, the cast includes the following: Jack Ferry, Jack Rudegeair, Timothy McKechnie, Tim Hartman, Jody Lazorcik, Michael Lazorcik, Diana Fischer, Jonathan Heise, Steve Bentancourt, Benjamin Kapp, Kevin Biddle, Priscilla Ebright, Larry Sheaf, and Jane Zendarski.

Set Design and Construction is by Will Shaffer and the Lighting Design is by Bruce Kissinger.
