Prescott Center for the Arts is pleased to present Agnes of God, by John Peilmeier and directed by Layla Tenney, tonight, April 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12 at 7:30 pm and April 6 and 12 at 2:00 pm at Stage Too.

Summoned to a convent, Dr. Martha Livingstone, a court-appointed psychiatrist, is charged with assessing the sanity of a novice accused of murdering her newborn. Miriam Ruth, the Mother Superior, determinedly keeps young Agnes from the doctor, arousing Livingstone's suspicions further about who killed the infant and who fathered the tiny victim, forcing all three women to re-examine the meaning of faith and the power of love leading to a dramatic, compelling climax.

The cast of Agnes of God features Shelby Thoma as Agnes, Julie Archambeau as Dr. Livingstone, and Mary Timpany as Mother Superior.

Tickets are $12 for general seating and can be purchased by calling 928-445-3286 or by visiting http://www.pca-az.net.
