"HANDMADE PUPPET DREAMS, VOLUME 1": Part of an ongoing series of puppet shows for grownups at the Great AZ Puppet Theater, "Handmade Puppet Dreams (Vol. 1)" is a selection of short puppet films by independent artists exploring their handmade craft specifically for the camera. The next installment is set for May 3 and 4.

The goal is to showcase a new generation of puppeteers who embrace film as a medium for their individual expressions. The collected films display a wide variety of styles and moods -- funny, lyrical, edgy, weird and wonderful.

For more information see www.handmadepuppetdreams.com. ADULTS ONLY ages 18+. Admission is $10 if paid at least 24 hrs in advance; $12 day-of-show, which runs at 8pm both nights.
